Eternal Films Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Eternal Films.

The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, who are permanent residents of the United Kingdom.
Employees of Eternal Films and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

To enter, participants must provide the name of the storyteller (required), who will be the subject of the Eternal Film.
While it's not required, we encourage participants to include a brief description of why their loved one’s story deserves to be eternalized. Submissions with stories will help us during the shortlisting process (optional but recommended).
The submission must be completed by 11:59 PM on December 25th, 2024.
There is no purchase necessary to enter the competition.

The prize consists of one bespoke Eternal Film created by Eternal Films, with a duration of up to 1 hour.
The winner will have the opportunity to consult with Eternal Films to determine the desired length of the film, within the 1-hour limit.
The prize does not include additional services or add-ons beyond the Eternal Film production.

After the deadline, Eternal Films will review all eligible submissions and create a shortlist of the most inspiring stories.
After shortlisting the most inspiring stories, the winner will be selected by random draw.
The winner will be announced on Eternal Films' social media channels on January 1st, 2025.

The winner will be contacted via the details provided in their entry submission between December 25th and January 1st, 2025, before the public announcement.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted, Eternal Films reserves the right to offer the prize to another shortlisted entrant, chosen by random draw.
The official winner will be announced on Eternal Films' social media channels on January 1st, 2025.

Personal data provided by participants will be handled in accordance with Eternal Films' Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.
Data will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their personal data for the purpose of administering the competition.
By entering, participants consent to receive marketing communications, including Eternal Films' newsletter. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Eternal Films reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise beyond its control.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions, Eternal Films' Privacy Policy, and to Eternal Films using their name and story submission in promotional materials, including social media, in relation to the competition.

The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
